Ritherdon Road, Balham

Following receipt of planning permission in 2014, Troake and Rowsell were commissioned to prepare the technical design to deliver two new build houses within the Heaver Estate Conservation Area. After an initial review of the proposed design, Troake and Rowsell Architects completed an internal re-ordering of the accommodation that significantly improved the efficiencies of the internal layouts. We went on to successfully achieve planning permission for minor amendments to the scheme required by the Client and were retained to oversee works on site up to completion.
