Inverness Terrace, Bayswater

Design proposals to upgrade the common parts and forecourt area of this mid-nineteenth century Grade II listed townhouse, located within the Bayswater Conservation Area. The design of the interior is a modern take on Victorian tradition. The proposals bring the shared spaces of the building up to date, whilst being sympathetic to the heritage fabric. Materials and finishes have been selected that draw on the style of the period, but have a contemporary twist.

The works include interior design proposals with integrated lighting and furniture design by Troake and Rowsell Architects.
